1.1. Students must be at least 18 years old to enroll for permanent driving license training.
1.2. For learner's license, students must be at least 16 years old (with parental consent if under 18).
1.3. Valid identification documents (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, etc.) are required at the time of enrollment.
1.4. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
2.1. Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed payment plan before starting classes.
2.2. Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases specified in our refund policy.
2.3. Additional charges may apply for extra classes beyond the package limit.
2.4. RTO fees, license fees, and government charges are separate and not included in course fees.
3.1. Students must attend classes as per the scheduled timings.
3.2. Classes missed without prior notice (24 hours) will be considered as attended.
3.3. Rescheduling is allowed with minimum 24 hours advance notice.
3.4. Course validity is 3 months from the date of enrollment.
3.5. Classes not completed within validity period will be forfeited.
4.1. Students must follow all traffic rules and instructor's guidance during training.
4.2. Any damage to the vehicle due to negligence will be charged to the student.
4.3. Students must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during classes.
4.4. Students must carry their learner's license during practical training sessions.
4.5. Mobile phones must be switched off or on silent mode during driving sessions.
5.1. Pickup and drop service is available within 5 km radius of our center.
5.2. Students must be ready at the pickup point at scheduled time.
5.3. Waiting time at pickup point is limited to 5 minutes.
5.4. Additional charges apply for pickup/drop beyond 5 km radius.
6.1. We provide assistance for RTO slot booking and documentation.
6.2. Passing the RTO test depends on student's performance and RTO evaluation.
6.3. We do not guarantee license approval as it's subject to RTO's decision.
6.4. Students are responsible for their own RTO test fees and license fees.
7.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
7.2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days.
7.3. No refund after 3 classes have been completed.
7.4. Cancellation charges may apply as per our refund policy.
8.1. Our vehicles are fully insured for training purposes.
8.2. We are not liable for any injury or accident caused by student's negligence.
8.3. Students must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.
8.4. Any legal issues arising from student's actions are student's responsibility.
9.1. Student information is kept confidential and used only for training purposes.
9.2. We may share information with RTO authorities as required by law.
9.3. Students' photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes with consent.

10.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
10.2. Students will be notified of any significant changes.
10.3. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
